Project Description
This building which the foundation stone was laid by his highness. The late Rajaram Chuttraputtee Maharaj is dedicated to the memory of that Prince who having successfully completed visit to England was attacked by a fatal illness while travelling homewards to assume the administration of his territory and died lamented by all in his 21 years at Florence on the 30 November 1870.
designed and carried out by captain C. Mant R. E. Executive engineer under the order of Colonel G. S. A. Anderion Political Agent Kolhapur 86 S. M. Country commenced on the 25th September 1869 & Completed on the 20th October 1874.
